What I Can Help With

• Tutorial requests. Want a guide on a specific Axiom feature or workflow?
• Feedback. Suggestions for improving existing guides or the site experience
• Partnerships. Interested in collaborating or being featured in the ecosystem section?

What I Cannot Help With

This is an independent guide site, so there are things no message here can reach:

• Account access. I cannot log into, unlock, restore, or look up your Axiom account. I have no access to Axiom's systems of any kind
• Fund recovery. I cannot reverse a trade, retrieve tokens sent to the wrong address, or recover a lost seed phrase. Nobody can recover a lost seed phrase
• Anything needing your keys. I will never ask for your seed phrase, private key, or password, and I will never ask you to connect a wallet or sign a transaction

Say that plainly because the offer to help with exactly these things is how the theft usually starts. Anyone who DMs you claiming to be Axiompedia, Axiom support, or a recovery service, and who offers to restore your account or get your funds back, is running a scam. That holds even if the handle, avatar, and writing style look right. I do not send the first message, and I do not solicit business in your DMs.

Axiompedia is an independent site. It is not operated by, affiliated with, or endorsed by Axiom Innovations Inc., the company behind axiom.trade, or by anyone working for it. Account and funds-recovery requests have to go through Axiom's own Discord support. I aim to respond within 48 hours, though that is a target rather than a guarantee. For urgent corrections that affect trading accuracy, say “URGENT” in your first message.
