Why do my Axiom trades keep failing?

Failed transactions are the complaint that comes up most, and slippage tolerance is usually where it starts. Axiom lets you set slippage per trade and does not publish a recommended figure, so anyone quoting you a precise band per token type is guessing on your behalf.

The shape of the tradeoff is what actually helps: a tolerance set too tight fails the moment the market moves, and one set too loose authorizes a fill at a much worse price and widens the window a sandwich attack can profit from.

Why will my Axiom limit order not place?

Limit orders are also capped at a fixed number of active orders per account, a cap not documented in the app itself, so if a new order will not place, cancel an old one first.

Why is my Axiom perps withdrawal stuck?

Perps deposits and withdrawals route through Hyperliquid's Arbitrum bridge, which is Hyperliquid's infrastructure rather than Axiom's, and users have reported withdrawals held up there during congestion. If one looks stuck, give it time before assuming the money is gone.

Why did a small trade cost so much in fees?

The August 2025 Sell-Button Outage, and Why It Matters

On August 28 and 29, 2025, a change to Pump.fun's API broke the integrations that third-party trading interfaces relied on, and Axiom users could not sell through the app for several hours until it was rolled back.

Neither company published a postmortem with exact timings, so the sequence above is as precise as the public record gets. Traders holding positions during the window had no way to exit through Axiom's interface.

The useful lesson is about the custody model rather than about anyone's reliability: because Axiom is non-custodial, your seed phrase works anywhere.

Export it once at signup (Settings → Account & Security → Manage Wallets) and import it into Phantom, Rabby, or Solflare, so you can fall back to Pump.fun, Jupiter, or Raydium directly if Axiom's interface goes down again.

When to Self-Resolve vs. Contact Support

You can resolve most Axiom issues yourself with the guides in this section. Slippage tuning, the limit order cap, MEV protection settings, and wallet reconnects are all things you can fix without waiting on anyone.

Pulse filters are the other thing that looks broken and usually is not. A filter set to exclude something is doing its job when nothing comes through, so check what each Pulse column and filter label means before assuming a fault, and the presets for what you are actually hunting set out which filters belong together in the first place.

Where you do need help, the support channel Axiom documents is a Discord ticket at discord.gg/axiomtrade, with no live chat listed.

How quickly a ticket gets answered is not something we can measure from outside, so plan around the possibility of a wait rather than around a number.

One rule holds regardless: no legitimate support process opens with an unsolicited DM, so treat any support message that arrives in your inbox first on Discord or X as a phishing attempt. The same reasoning applies to the page it sends you to, and the tells that separate a real Axiom sign-up from a clone take about ten seconds to check.
