"Axiom trade app" is one of the highest-volume searches about this platform, and the honest answer disappoints people looking for a download link: there isn't one. Here's what actually exists, and why searching app stores for it is the riskiest thing you can do.

No Native App Exists

Axiom's own documentation makes no mention of a native iOS or Android app. It runs entirely in the browser as a progressive web app (PWA) — you can add it to your phone's home screen for an app-like icon and full-screen experience, but you're still running the actual axiom.trade site, not an installed binary.

This isn't unusual for the category. Several Solana trading terminals ship browser-only, and building a genuinely secure native app that handles seed phrases and signs transactions is a materially bigger undertaking than a web interface. Axiom may ship one eventually, but as of this writing, it hasn't.

Its competitors are in the same position. Photon and GMGN are both browser-first too, so "no app in the store" is the category norm rather than a gap specific to Axiom.

The Real Cost of a Fake App

This isn't a hypothetical risk. A fake mobile app impersonating Axiom drained more than 200 users of a combined $147,000+ over roughly five months, according to reports that surfaced on X. It wasn't distributed through Axiom's own channels — it was exactly the kind of result you get searching "Axiom Trade app" in an app store and downloading whatever looks official.

How to Actually Use Axiom on Mobile

1. Open axiom.trade in your phone's browser (Safari on iOS, Chrome on Android).

3. Use your browser's "Add to Home Screen" option (in Safari: Share → Add to Home Screen; in Chrome: menu → Add to Home Screen) to get a full-screen, app-like icon without installing anything.

This gives you the same non-custodial security model as the desktop site — your keys never touch a third-party app, because there is no third-party app.

Other Phishing to Watch For

The fake-app problem is part of a broader pattern. auth-axiom.trade is a confirmed active phishing domain, blocklisted by MetaMask, ScamSniffer, and SEAL as of this writing. There is also no official Axiom Telegram bot — any bot claiming to represent Axiom is fraudulent, and legitimate Axiom support only operates through Discord tickets and never messages you first.
