How do I create an Axiom account?

Sign up at axiom.trade with an email, a Google account, or a Phantom wallet. Axiom then generates a Turnkey-secured wallet for you automatically, with a 12-word seed phrase you can export at any time. The whole process takes a couple of minutes, and there is no password to remember beyond your login method.

Axiom supports three signup paths (email, Google, or connecting an existing Phantom wallet), and account creation takes about two minutes. You visit axiom.trade, choose a signup method, and Axiom provisions a non-custodial wallet secured by Turnkey's AWS Nitro Enclave infrastructure. You receive a 12-word seed phrase during setup, retrievable any time from settings, which you can export into Phantom, Rabby, or Solflare so you keep access to your funds under any circumstances. The documented signup has no identity-verification step at any point.

Does Axiom ask for identity verification?

Axiom's documented sign-up flow does not include an identity check or a document upload. You sign up with an email address, a Google account, or a Phantom wallet, and access to the terminal runs off that login and your wallet. Fiat on-ramping goes through Coinbase, and Coinbase sets its own limits and requirements for that leg. Which rules apply to you personally is a question for a qualified professional, not for this site.

How long does a SOL deposit on Axiom take?

Deposits usually credit within moments under normal Solana network conditions, since Axiom does not charge its own fee or add processing time on top of the underlying transaction. You just need enough SOL in your Axiom wallet to cover the size of the trade you want to make plus network and priority fees. There is no published minimum deposit.

Per Axiom's official documentation, you fund your Axiom wallet by sending SOL to it from an exchange or another wallet, or by using the built-in Coinbase on-ramp, where Coinbase sets the limits and requirements on its side of that transaction. Axiom is on the receiving end of that transfer rather than the sending one, which is the practical difference behind whether Axiom Trade is an exchange at all. Axiom charges no trading fee on the deposit itself. Spot swaps carry a 1% fee only when you actually trade, reduced by your cashback tier. How do I place my first trade on Axiom Pulse?

Open Pulse, Axiom's discovery feed, and pick a token from one of its three columns: New Pairs, Final Stretch, or Migrated to Raydium. Use the fourteen documented filters to narrow by age, holder concentration, liquidity, volume, or other risk signals, then hit the lightning-bolt Quick Buy to execute instantly. Instant Trade adds hotkeys: `Space` plus a key to buy a preset SOL amount or sell a percentage of your position, for traders who need speed over precision.

Once funded, your first trade typically starts on Pulse rather than a search bar. The official Axiom documentation describes three Pulse columns (New Pairs, Final Stretch for tokens nearing bonding-curve completion, and Migrated to Raydium), filterable by the fourteen signals Axiom documents, including top-10 holder percentage, dev holding, snipers, and liquidity, each of which is defined term by term in our Pulse glossary. Quick Buy executes a preset SOL amount in one click from the feed itself. If you already know the token you want, Explore Tokens or pasting the contract address into Market works the same way. What does it cost to get started on Axiom?

A 1% gross fee on your first swap, reduced to as low as 0.95% net at the base Wood cashback tier. Axiom is not zero-fee. On top of that, a default 0.001 SOL priority fee and 0.001 SOL Jito tip apply per transaction, both adjustable. Signing up through a referral link adds an automatic 10% discount on trading fees for you as the referred user.

According to Axiom's official fee documentation, read August 2026, Axiom charges a 1% gross fee on spot swaps, so a typical first trade is not free. It is reduced by a seven-tier SOL cashback program that starts at 0.95% net and can reach 0.75% net at the top Champion tier as you trade more, though the volume each tier requires is not published.

Priority fee and Jito tip both default to 0.001 SOL per transaction and are adjustable before you confirm. Signing up through a referral link gives you an automatic 10% discount on trading fees, applied on top of your cashback tier.

From day one, activity also accrues points in Axiom's points program, tracked on a leaderboard. No point values or conversion rates are published, and there is no confirmed token or airdrop tied to it, so treat any farming thesis as speculation rather than a plan.

What happens if I lose access to my wallet?

You lose the funds. There is no password reset, because Axiom is non-custodial and your Turnkey wallet is the account. Store the 12-word seed phrase offline, export it into Phantom, Rabby, or Solflare as a backup, and keep a dedicated trading wallet separate from long-term holdings. Axiom cannot recover a lost seed phrase.

Self-custody on Axiom means the wallet is the account. Losing the seed phrase means losing the funds, and there is no support path to recover it.

Standard wallet hygiene applies: store the seed phrase offline on a hardware wallet or steel backup, never a screenshot or cloud notes. Export it into Phantom, Rabby, or Solflare so you retain access under any circumstances, and consider a dedicated trading wallet kept separate from long-term holdings.

Axiom's support is Discord-ticket only and explicitly warns that it never DMs first, so treat any unsolicited support message as phishing. Axiom's own documentation says there is no official native mobile app: it is a browser-based PWA you add to your phone's home screen. Treat any app-store listing claiming to be Axiom with suspicion and check it against axiom.trade before installing anything.
